沈国强,博士,国家特聘专家, 浙江大学讲席教授, 博导。清华大学本科(建筑学),北京大学硕士(经济地理,风景规划),美国俄亥俄州立大学博士(城市规划,交通物流,经济发展)。曾任美国德克萨斯大学,俄克拉荷马大学,北罗莱纳大学建筑学院城市规划和公共管理系终身正教授,系主任,兼任工业与系统工程系和商学院管理及MIS系教授,交通物流中心主任, 美国交通部FDOT/FHWA, NAS/TRB物流交通顾问。研究领域和专长包括建筑设计, 城市规划, 景观建筑, 城市经济, 产业区位, 交通物流, 地理信息, 智慧城市, 未来社区, 物联应用, 运筹优化, 组织行为, 管理科学, 创新人居。专注人居环境规划设计和城市科技创新应用, 擅长跨学科整合,批判性思维,和理论实践创新。沈教授是清华大学建筑设计院创新建筑中心特邀顾问,指导城市和建筑的创新规划设计。
沈国强教授在相关领域国际著名学术期刊, 会议以及研究机构发表期刊,书章和会议论文 100余篇(其中包括IJGIS, JTG, PRS, LUP, TR, ND, JRR, IJEST, RURDS, SEPS, GA, IJSTL 等在内的国际顶尖和主流SCI, SSCI, EI期刊)。曾担任超2000万美元的研究基金项目主要负责人,主导多项美国自然科学基金, 国家交通部, 州交通部, 和大型物流公司重大项目, 主持开发的多时空多模式优化精准的全球智慧物流交通-贸国际贸易-经济发展优化模型和系统平台处于国际领先地位, 获得美国国家科学院和交通部(FDOT,UTC, NAS/TRB)好评。共撰写研究基金结题报告20余部。
沈国强教授注重学术和实践创新, 代表性创新成果包括:(1)提出了一种代数法来解决 0 -1 二次整数优化中 NP-hard 的难题, 并在 Hub-Spoke 网络模型和智慧城市网络分析中成功应用;(2)全球智慧物流交通优化模型,下接政府产业布局,企业区位和经济发展, 上衔区域协同, 国际贸易和国际关系;(3)共享物流系统平台, 开拓人人为我,我为人人,和实体+电商的新型物流模式;(4)多时空城市风险与韧性模型,可用于个人,政府,和企业决策。(5)空中院墅, 实现别墅和高层住宅的有机结合, 创造了一种全新的住宅形式,为全球居住用地为主因的城市蔓延提供了规划设计解决途径;(6)智能日照导光系统,使世界各地任何建筑的房间都有南向,东向,和西向日照,包括国内朝北的房间和无光的房间,彻底改变国内住宅小区规划,特别是住宅设计中日照规范的束缚。
沈国强教授在进行学术研究的同时, 还注重产学研相结合。自2003年以来先后创办美国Coast-Coast Direct, LLC物流交通咨询公司(2003 - 2016),合伙创办浙江绿城利普建筑设计有限公司 Zhejiang Greentown-LEAP Architecture Design Ltd. (综合甲级), 并兼任首席规划设计师 (2006-2016)。目前主打研发产品是现代空中院墅创新住宅体系和建筑日照导光系统。除此之外,沈教授还亲自指导和参与了30多个中外建筑设计,城市设计,城市规划, 交通规划,区域规划等项目, 并多次中标和获得规划设计竞赛奖。
Guoqiang SHEN, Doctor, national distinguished expert, Chair Professor and doctoral director of Zhejiang University. Tsinghua University Bachelor (Architecture), Peking University Master (economic geography, landscape planning), Ohio State University PhD (urban planning, transportation logistics, economic development). He used to be a lifelong full professor and dean of the Department of Urban Planning and Public Management of the University of Texas, the University of Oklahoma and the school of architecture of North Carolina University. He also served as a professor of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and the Department of Management and MIS of the school of business, director of the Transportation and Logistics Center, and logistics and transportation consultant of FDOT / FHWA and NAS / TRB of the U.S. Department of Transportation. His research fields and expertise include architectural design, urban planning, landscape architecture, urban economy, industrial location, transportation and logistics, geographic information, smart city, future community, IOT application, operation research optimization, organizational behavior, management science, innovative human settlements.Professor Shen focuses on the planning and design of human settlements and the innovative application of urban science and technology, and is good at interdisciplinary integration, critical thinking and theoretical and practical innovation. He is also a special consultant of the Innovative Architecture Center of the Architectural Design Institute of Tsinghua University, guiding the innovative planning and design of cities and buildings.
Professor Shen has published more than 100 journals, chapters and conference papers in international famous academic journals, conferences and research institutions in related fields (including international top and mainstream SCI, SSCI and EI journals including ijgis, JTG, PRs, LUP, TR, Nd, JRR, ijest, RURDS, SEPs, GA and ijstl). He once served as the main director of research fund projects exceeding US $20 million, led a number of major projects of the US Natural Science Foundation, the national Department of Transportation, the State Department of Transportation, and large logistics companies. The optimization model and system platform He presided over and developed about multi-time, multi-mode optimization and accurate global intelligent logistics transportation - International trade - economic development was in an international leading position, It has been highly praised by the National Academy of Sciences and the Department of transportation (FDOT, UTC, NAS / TRB). More than 20 research fund closing reports were written.
Professor Shen pays attention to academic and practical innovation. His representative innovative achievements include: (1) an algebraic method is proposed to solve the NP hard problem in 0-1 quadratic integer optimization, and has been successfully applied in hub spoke network model and smart city network analysis; (2) The global intelligent logistics transportation optimization model is connected with the government's industrial layout, enterprise location and economic development, regional coordination, international trade and international relations; (3) Share the logistics system platform, develop a new entity + e-commerce logistics model which contribute to all for one and one for all ; (4) Multi temporal and spatial urban risk and resilience model can be used for individual, government, and enterprise decision-making. (5) Air Courtyard Villa realizes the organic combination of villa and high-rise residence, creates a new residential form, and provides a planning and design solution for the urban sprawl dominated by global residential land; (6) The Intelligent Sunshine Light Guide System enables rooms in any building around the world to have south, east and west sunshine, including domestic north facing rooms and non-light rooms, completely changing the constraints of domestic residential community planning, especially the sunshine norms in residential design.
While conducting academic research, Professor Shen also pays attention to the combination of industry, study and research. Since 2003, he has successively founded American Coast-Coast Direct, LLC Logistics and Transportation Consulting Company (2003-2016), co founded Zhejiang Greentown Leap Architecture Design Ltd. (Comprehensive Grade A) and concurrently served as chief planning and design engineer (2006-2016). At present, the main research and development products are Modern Air Courtyard Villa Innovative Residential System and Building Sunshine Light Guide System. In addition, Professor Shen has personally guided and participated in more than 30 architectural design, urban design, urban planning, transportation planning, regional planning and other projects at home and abroad, and won the planning and Design Competition awards for many times.
