       金重，男，出生于1984年，籍贯湖北省，目前就职于浙江省浙南综合工程勘察测绘院，任党总支委员、常务副院长。本科就读于浙江工商大学，汉语言文学专业，2015年进入浙江大学建筑工程学院，攻读城市规划专业在职研究生学位。

       长期参加省地勘局、省建设厅及其行业协会和学会、省隧道公司有关建设施工业培训，参观省内外有关重点工程项目的现场考察学习、交流等活动。负责对有关工程高级管理人员（各分公司、工程处、分院领导班子成员及重点项目项目经理、副经理、总工等）进行考察、考核、评比、调整；指导各项目QC小组工作及质量方面创优夺杯工作；会同质量部门对施工日志的汇总审核；对部分建设工程的指导和安全、质量、工期等监管；参与重大项目的评审，协助负责所在单位的综合行政管理工作、宣传工作等。

      为人朴实，勤奋上进，积极乐观；乐于实践，办事麻利，能承受较大压力；应变能力强，善于处理危机事务和突发事务。

Jin was born in 1984， Hubei Province. At present, he works in Zhejiang southern Institute of Comprehensive Engineering Survey and Mapping, and he is the Member of the general branch of CPC and executive vice president. He is graduated from Chinese language and literature major of Zhejiang Gongshang University, and entered the college of civil engineering and architecture of Zhejiang University to study for an in-service graduate degree in urban planning. 

He has long participated in the construction industry training of the Provincial Geological Exploration Bureau, the provincial construction department and its industry associations and societies, and the provincial Tunnel Company. And he always took the on-site investigation, study and the meeting of exchange of some key engineering projects inside and outside the province. At work,Jin's responsibility is inspection, assessment, evaluation and adjustment of relevant senior management personnel (members of leading groups of branches, engineering departments, branches, project managers, deputy managers, chief engineers, etc.) of relevant projects; guiding the work of QC groups of various projects and winning the cup in terms of quality; summarizing and reviewing the construction logs with the quality department; guiding some construction projects and participating in the review of major projects, assisting in the comprehensive administrative management and publicity work of the unit.

Jin is simple, hardworking, positive and optimistic; he is willing to practice, quick to handle affairs, able to bear greater pressure; he is good at dealing with crisis affairs and emergencies.

He has wide range of hobbies, like reading, swimming and music.
