       浙江温州人。2009年9月至2013年6月就读于浙江大学土地管理系，获管理学学士学位，同年9月继续攻读博士学位，于2019年6月获管理学博士学位。博士在读期间作为第一或通讯作者在Habitat International、Geographical Analysis、International Review for Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development以及《人文地理》等国内外学术期刊上发表论文，参与国家自然科学基金“城市增长边界动态调整的管控模式研究”、杭州市人民政府研究室委托课题“构建杭州世界名城发展方略研究”等项目。研究兴趣为城市土地利用和城市地理。

      Xianfan Shu was born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. From September 2009 to June 2013, Shu studied in Land Resource Management at the School of Public Affairs in Zhejiang University and obtained a bachelor's degree in management. In September of the same year, Shu continued to study for a doctorate in management and obtained a doctorate in June 2019. During his doctoral study, he published papers on Habitat International, Geographical Analysis, International Review for Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development, human geography and other domestic and foreign academic journals as the first or corresponding author. He participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of China "research on the management and control mode of dynamic adjustment of urban growth boundary", and research project commissioned by the research office of Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government "research on strategies for the development of hangzhou as a world famous city" and other projects. His research interests are urban land use and urban geography.
